Vadym Samoilenko 4af9dc0ac3 fix: obsidian project note local_path and tech tags 
- local_path: /Users/aimpress/... → /Users/ai_leed/... (old username)
- tech tags: removed Python and Claude Code — they caused wrong articles
  (hotfolder, agent-sdk) to be injected via keyword matching
- result: memory-compiler now correctly injects obsidian-rag articles
  (claude-code-obsidian-setup, karpathy, obsidian-rag-vs-true-rag)
