7de6d3aec4 Add obsidian-vault project note + log today's full setup session 
- 01 Projects/obsidian-vault/Obsidian Second Brain.md: project note for the vault itself
- Projects Index.md: added obsidian-vault entry
- Hooks updated: vault path → 'obsidian-vault' project in all 3 hooks

- CLAUDE.md: add tag taxonomy, status lifecycle (active/production/paused/archived),
  archival workflow, obsidian-skills reference, credentials note, hook docs
- Templater folder_templates: 01 Projects → Project Template, 99 Daily → Daily Template
- .obsidian/plugins/templater-obsidian/data.json updated

- 01 Projects/Dashboard.md: live Dataview dashboard (active, recent, by client, stale, production)
- 01 Projects/Projects.base: Obsidian Bases view with 4 layouts (table, by client, active, cards)
- Templates/Daily Template.md: upgraded — added Dataview queries, removed broken Work Tasks link
- Templates/Weekly Review Template.md: new — fractal journaling weekly review with auto-queries
