Was checking backend/.git and frontend/.git (submodule pattern) which never exists — git pull silently skipped, deploying stale code. Now pulls root repo first, falls back to submodule pattern. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
