SamoilenkoVadym ea914dcf69 feat(frontend): add Microsoft SSO button to login page 
- Add prominent "Login with Microsoft" button
- Match original Flask design with Microsoft icon
- Add divider between SSO and local login
- Update styling to match gold theme
