SamoilenkoVadym 0afd7a628e fix(frontend): add complete .env with Azure AD configuration 
- Add VITE_AZURE_* variables for SSO
- Use relative /api URL for Apache proxy
- Match APAC Ops Bot env pattern
- Production and development configs
