michael caf4539e1d Fix analytics pass rate calculation and add Analysis Errors stat 
- Exclude errors from pass rate denominator since they weren't successfully reviewed
- Add missing Analysis Errors stat card to display error count
- Update grid layout to accommodate 5 stat cards

Run Locally

Prerequisites: Node.js

  1. Install dependencies: npm install
  2. Set the GEMINI_API_KEY in .env.local to your Gemini API key
  3. Run the app: npm run dev
