nickviljoen e8ba567590 SRT QC: add srt_structure check ... Deterministic, no LLM. Parses SRT via the srt library, validates UTF-8 encoding (with chardet fallback for non-UTF-8), no replacement chars, non-empty cue content, ascending cue indices.
