Vadym Samoilenko 8f57c657fa Add Help page with full User Guide ... Covers: overview, sheets, AI commands, brief extraction, export CSV, export templates, admin (clients, dropdowns, users), and login/emergency access. Admin-only sections are hidden for regular users.
