Vadym Samoilenko 3b0ee789ed fix: exempt admin knowledge endpoints from rate limiter ... Upload, reindex, bulk-delete and scrape endpoints are excluded from the 60 req/min per-user rate limit — bulk operations (392 files) were hitting it immediately and returning 429 "Rate limit exceeded".
