feat(group-visits): hero typography controls + bottom-aligned title plate 
- Move hero title plate to the bottom of the photo so faces stay visible
- Admin can now set hero title/subtitle size (px) and font
  (Montserrat/Poppins/Inter); mobile scales via clamp()
